In virtually all matters we use a flat rate. However, hourly rates are available. This protects you from unnecessary work that may not only fail to benefit you but may actually harm your case and result in a lengthier process. Flat fees pay for the availability of the attorney, but we include coping, filing, third-party research tools, and other costs that other firms may bill you for.
